For the full weekend package, arrive Friday night to coffee and dessert. Get up early for a continental breakfast and great duck hunting (2 and 3 person blinds are ready for you), then return for a hot lunch in front of the roaring fire. The afternoon can be spent pheasant, dove, or goose hunting** before retiring for the evening to a hearty dinner and conversation at the lodge. Sunday morning gives you another opportunity to hunt, before departing The Teal Lodge on Sunday afternoon.
2008-2009 Hunting Packages include:
- Hunting Saturday and/or Sunday;
- Overnight stays at the lodge on Fri. and/or Sat. night;
- Continental breakfast and prepared lunch Sat. and Sun.;
- Dinner Sat. night for full weekend guests;
- Access to self-service cleaning room and trap shoot area;
- Access to public areas at lodge (sitting area, fireplace, hot tub, TV, restrooms, shower);
- Use of heated dog kennel area.
Limitations and explanations:*All state and federal regulations and bag limits apply except on pheasant. Pheasant hunting includes harvest of up to 3 pheasants per weekend per person. Dove season limited to those times it overlaps duck season. No “party hunting” - limits are nontransferable; **All state and federal regulations apply, including season dates and limits. Each hunter must have appropriate licenses; ***Total number of ponds available dependant on water/drought conditions. Two pre-selected ponds off limits for reasons of safety and habitat preservation. Youth hunting offered on a limited basis; each youth must be accompanied by an individual mentor; please call for prices.
